In the event product needs to be returned due to order errors please contact the Nanofilm Customer Service Department Nanofilm at 1.800.883.6266 or firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite a return, please provide the following information: account number, purchase order number, quantities, reason for return, and action to take (replace or return & credit). Return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please use “RMA Request” in the subject of the email. We will acknowledge receipt of your request by email and assign a Return Authorization (RMA) number that must be indicated on the return. All returned product must be in resalable condition, i.e. unused and undamaged. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with the return.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
No Returns after 14 days of shipment.
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Custom imprinted and private labeled products are not returnable.
Returns will receive a credit for future orders of Nanofilm products, valid for a 14 day period from date of issue.
Note: Clarity UltraSeal returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if the wands, pens, glass bottles or stainless steel tanks with fittings are observed to be damaged or broken. All UltraSeal shipped in tanks and glass bottles will be tested upon receipt for contamination or deactivation by moisture exposure, and only if found to be acceptable, will then be released for credit. UltraSeal returned after 150 days of original invoice date will not be accepted for return, unless reviewed beforehand with Nanofilm Sales.
